The web site you are using is owned by Oceana Holdings Pty Ltd. Below are terms and conditions for Oceana Holdings Pty Ltd web pages and products. It is important to be aware that certain circumstances relating to location or product nature may effect minor variations for specific destinations or products. These variations are reflected in the terms and conditions contained within each web site, and should be read in conjunction with the following:

Rates Validity
All prices are valid for dates indicated. Unless otherwise stated, rates are quoted in currency of destination country. Accommodation prices are for room only and do not include transfers or meals unless indicated. Children prices are based on the use of existing bedding and prices for additional bedding are available upon application. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Quotations
All quotations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and deposited. Prices quoted are final once full payment is received.

Payment Terms
All bookings must be prepaid. One full payment is received, a prepaid voucher will be issued.

Deposits
A deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required within 7 days of confirmation of booking unless otherwise advised. Bookings not deposited will cancel automatically without notification after this time. Certain products/services attract different deposit requirements and these will be advised to you in writing at the time of booking.

Final Payment
Final payment is required 1 month prior to travel unless otherwise advised. Bookings made within 30 days of travel, final payment is due within 48 hours of confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of travel, final payment is due on confirmation. If not paid when due, Oceana Holdings Pty Ltd P/L reserves the right to cancel bookings without notice. Vouchers will not be issued until final payment is received. Certain products/services attract different payment requirements and these will be advised to you in writing at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing, either via email or facsimile. Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to travel will incur an administration fee. Bookings cancelled between 30 days and 7 days prior to the day of travel will forfeit the 20% deposit plus any additional fees incurred by us from the supplier. No refund will be issued for bookings cancelled within 7 days of travel. Certain products/services will apply additional cancellation charges and these will be advised to you in writing at the time of booking.

Minimum Booking
Our minimum booking amount is AUD$75.00.

Amendments and Refunds
An administration fee of AUD$30.00 will apply to bookings amended after final documents are issued. This fee is in addition to any charges incurred by us from the supplier. No refund will be available once travel/accommodation has commenced. A minimum processing fee of AUD$30.00 will apply to any refund claim and no guarantee is provided that any refund will be available. All refund requests must be received in writing within 30 days of completion of travel.

Accommodation - Check In / Check Out Times
Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am unless otherwise advised.

Tours/Cruises/Diving
Some operators have extensive booking, payment and cancellation conditions. These will be advised to you in writing at the time of booking. Each operator reserves the right to alter itineraries where necessary in the event of circumstances beyond their control, and that they may consider to impact on the safety of their guests, passengers and clients.

Vehicle Rentals
Rental Vehicle costs and conditions of hire are provided on the web pages that relate to each supplier.

Group And Incentive Travel
All group and conference rates are specially contracted rates negotiated for a particular group. Terms and conditions also vary to standard holidays. All information will be provided upon enquiry.

Duty of Care
Oceana Holdings Pty Ltd would like the opportunity to rectify or provide assistance in any incident including injury and service dissatisfaction and therefore any such situation must be reported to us as soon as possible.

Travel Insurance
We recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to include cover for involuntary cancellation of your holiday and airfare.

Payment Options
We invite you to submit credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, or Bankcard.
